All content on the Website and all Materials distributed through our Programmes — including text, structure, design, and supporting documents — are the intellectual property of Olverix or its content contributors and are protected under applicable Singapore law.

Participants are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use Materials for their own educational reference. This licence does not permit reproduction for distribution, commercial use, or resale.

Cancellation and refund: We understand that circumstances change. Participants who are unable to attend a programme may contact us at [email protected] to discuss options. Refunds or credits are considered on a case-by-case basis. If Olverix cancels a programme, registered participants will receive a full refund of fees paid or the option to transfer to a future cohort.

Programme Terms & Disclaimers

7. Programme Enrolment Terms

Enrolment in a Programme is subject to cohort availability. Enquiries submitted through the Website do not constitute a confirmed booking; confirmation will be communicated separately by Olverix.

Participants are expected to attend sessions as scheduled. Olverix does not issue certificates of attendance, completion, or academic qualification. Our programmes are purely educational discussions of publicly available frameworks and vocabulary; no academic or professional credential is associated with participation.

Programme Materials are provided for the personal use of each enrolled participant and may not be shared or reproduced without Olverix's written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The content of our reading programmes and the Website is provided for general educational purposes only. Nothing on the Website or in our Materials constitutes financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any other form of regulated professional advice.

Participants should consult qualified, licensed professionals for advice specific to their personal circumstances before making any financial, legal, or estate-planning decisions.

The Website and all content are provided on an "as available" basis. Olverix makes no representation regarding the completeness, timeliness, or fitness for purpose of any content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Olverix's total liability to any Participant arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Website, or any Programme shall not exceed the fees paid by that Participant for the relevant Programme.

Olverix shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage arising from participation in our programmes or use of our Website, including any decisions made in reliance on educational content.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by Olverix's negligence.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Olverix against any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our Website or Materials.

Termination & Disputes

11. Termination

Olverix reserves the right to withdraw programme access or cancel a participant's enrolment where there has been a material breach of these Terms, including conduct that disrupts the learning environment for other participants.

You may withdraw from a programme at any time by notifying Olverix in writing. Refund terms in such cases are as set out in Section 6 above.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be referred to Olverix for informal resolution by writing to [email protected]. We will endeavour to respond within 14 business days.

If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be referred to the Singapore Mediation Centre or, if necessary, to the courts of Singapore, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

  • Notices — communications to Olverix should be addressed to [email protected] or the address below
